Ingredients:

- 2 cups all purpose flour - 2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 2 large eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup buttermilk - 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries - 2/3 cup packed light-brown sugar - 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Make the Cake:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch spring-form pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. 5. Beat in vanilla extract. 6. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk, starting and ending with the flour mixture. 7. Gently fold in blueberries. 8. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Make the Topping:

1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. 2. Sprinkle topping over cake batter.

Bake the Cake:

1. Place cake pan on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 2. Allow cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack and cool completely before serving.
